What information do I need to provide to do a valuation?

You’ll only need your company’s latest 12-month Profit & Loss statement and answers to a few basic questions. Our step-by-step process is designed to take minutes. Contact us anytime for help.

When I access FIJI MarketPlace™, how do I remain anonymous?

During setup, you’ll create an avatar name that ensures complete anonymity. If you chat with buyers, they’ll only see your avatar name—nothing connects to your personal profile.

As a buyer with a profile, what happens when I browse other buyer profiles?

Your company name is only visible on your own buyer profile. When browsing other buyer profiles, your avatar name is shown, maintaining your anonymity.

If I complete a valuation or upload data into FIJI Insights™, can others see it?

No. Your valuations and FIJI Insights™ are saved securely to your personal profile. Only you can access this information. FIJI was designed with anonymity in mind—we purposely keep your personal profile completely separate within the platform. Your data is safe and cannot be shared. The MarketPlace™ and buyer profiles operate in a separate database, ensuring your personal information stays private.

Can I cancel my monthly FIJI Insights Subscription at anytime?

We want you to enjoy FIJI. Since your subscription includes unlimited valuations and full MarketPlace™ access, canceling will result in a charge for the difference between the total annual fee and what you’ve already paid. You’ll keep access until the end of your subscription period.

Can I cancel my monthly FIJI MarketPlace™ Buyer Profile Subscription?

Yes. Advertising as a buyer in the MarketPlace™ is month-to-month. If you cancel, your profile will be unpublished on the first day of the next month, and you won’t be billed further.
